100% Refund

If a cancellation request is made within 7 days from the date of payment, a 100% refund will be initiated within 7-15 days through the same payment method used for the transaction otherwise no refund will be initiated. Confirmation of service commencement, whether through digital or offline media, serves as the basis for determining service initiation. Bharat Packers Group reserves the right to cancel a refund if misconduct on the client's part is identified prior to service commencement.

After Service

After the commencement of any moving service or the purchase of related services from our partner companies: Bharat Packers Group retains the right to charge for services rendered and will calculate any applicable refund based on thirdparty service costs and the time invested by the partner companies. Refund amounts will reflect deductions for thirdparty services and any applicable administrative costs incurred during the service process.

Modification of Terms

Bharat Packers Group reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of this Refund Policy, including pricing and fees, at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
